On February 15, Gaynor’s Silver Cluster students were joined by two STEAM educators from the Brooklyn Robot Foundry for a Wiggle-Bot Workshop! Students assembled and decorated their very own robot to take home with them at the end of the day.

A Heartfelt Day of Service
This year’s Day of Service took place at the God’s Love We Deliver headquarters on January 28. Members of the Gaynor community decorated Valentine’s Day cards to be packaged with socks into gift bags for God’s Love clients!
Making Music in the Upper Division
In the Upper Division music classes, students aren’t just learning how to play music, but how to compose it! The students have been working on various projects using online music creation platforms such as Chrome Music Lab and Soundtrap to express their creativity and find their own sound.

Closing Out Hispanic Heritage Month with Breakfast My Way
The first Breakfast My Way of the year was held on October 25 to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! Hosted by Mina Newsman, the breakfast featured a menu of empanadas, conchas, and toasted hot chocolate.
